ACGT offers complete plasmid and large DNA fragment sequencing of PCR amplicons or dsDNA viral genomes using long-read technology from Oxford Nanopore (ONT). This approach generates full-length target sequences using long-read de novo assembly, providing clear structural insight and high confidence results.

sequences. Once analysis is complete, you will be notified by email and can access your results by logging into your account.

Run Schedule and Turnaround Time
WPS runs are performed twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Results are typically available within 2 business days following the run date.
