Simplify and streamline your workflow with our hassle-free Load and Go service. Prepare your own sequencing reactions using BigDye Terminator enzyme and send us the cleaned or uncleaned samples to load directly onto our ABI 3730 Genetic Analyzers.
To place a Load and Go order, please use either the Single Pass Primer Extension or High Throughput Sequencing (96-well plate) order form on your account dashboard.
Service Description
- Cleanup of your sequencing reactions using magnetic beads (if requested)
- Analysis of your reactions with our ABI 3730 Genetic Analyzers
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are dependent on sample receipt at the Wheeling, IL laboratory by 12:00 pm (CST) and same day pickup/delivery to the Germantown, MD laboratory. We strongly recommend shipping samples via an ACGT drop box or through FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Please note that orders left in ACGT drop boxes that ship to Wheeling will be sent overnight for delivery the following morning.

Turnaround Time
Initial results will be ready 2-3 days after receiving your sample(s). Reactions that require additional troubleshooting may result in longer turnaround times.
Plate Orientation
Load and Go reactions submitted in 96-well plates or strip tubes should be oriented according to this diagram. All types of 96-well plates are acceptable. Upon receipt, your plate samples will be transferred to a standardized ACGT plate to load onto our instruments.
