Custom Analysis
Pre-made library sequencing delivers raw sequencing (FASTQ) files only. Complex bioinformatics analysis for various research purposes can be arranged as a custom project.

NGS Library Requirements
- At least 10 µL per library is required, with concentration between 10 and 20 nM. All libraries should be shipped on dry ice.
- Information regarding barcode / index sequences must be provided.
- Notification if the library pool is expected to be low complexity (e.g. amplicons), in which case a maximum of 70% of theoretical run output will be provided.
- Any custom sequencing primers required for sequencing analysis on Illumina platforms must be provided in the amount specified by the library kit provider.
ACGT recommends DNA quantification using fluorometry. Quantification using Nanodrop is discouraged. Data quality of samples failing specified quantity and quality requirements cannot be guaranteed.
Important: Please include library kit adapters or barcode sequences used to prepare the library. Missing or incorrect barcodes may result in sequencing run failure.
