Each sequence generates a four-color chromatogram representing the nucleotide sequence as determined by our software.
Chromatogram files can be opened using free or paid software (see below).
Sequence Text File (.Seq)
This file can be read with any standard word processor or imported into most DNA sequence analysis software.
The text and chromatogram file names will match the reaction names on your order form. (TemplateName_PrimerName)
Consensus Files (Sequencher Project File .Spf)
Consensus files are compiled in Sequencher using .Ab1 files. Sequence data is assembled and aligned to generate overlapping consensus sequences. Bases are checked and verified for any discrepancies.
Sequencing Data Archives
Sequence data is available on our webserver up to six months. Thereafter, your data is archived for two years prior to deletion.
