RNA sequencing on ACGT’s NGS platforms allows variant and isotype analysis of transcript sequences as well as a sensitive and accurate quantification of transcript expression levels. This method offers valuable insights into gene expression patterns in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, alternative splicing, and non-coding RNA. We provide comprehensive transcriptomic profiling, which includes identification of known and novel isoforms, detection of gene fusions, and measurement of allele-specific expression levels.

ACGT uses a variety of common gene expression methods, including NGS-based RNA-Seq, gene expression microarrays, and qRT-PCR, to analyze target gene expression and/or coding transcriptome.
